She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Patterson and Edith Cornett Patterson; her husband Kin Lewis; her half-brother Johnny Callahan; and her stepdaughter Barbara Marie Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Josh Lewis (Beth); her stepchildren, Mack Lewis, Lucy of Hyden, KY. and Drue Lewis of Hyden, KY.; her siblings, Wayne Patterson of Hyden, KY, Barbara Morgan of Hyden, KY and Lorene Bowling of Morehead, KY; her grandchildren, Hunter, Christian and Isabella Lewis; and her stepgrandson Jason Lewis.
