She is survived by: her husband Bert Howard of Thousandsticks; her daughters, Chassity Dawn Howard of Thousandsticks, KY and Chloe Michelle Combs (Robert) of Thousandsticks; her siblings, Bruce Brock (Lorna) of Michigan, Michael Brock (Shantiel) of Hyden, KY, Bertha Bailey, Phoebe Caldwell (Hollis) of Helton, KY, Mary Sue Brock Lewis (Eddie) of Bledsoe, KY and Sharon Brock (McKinley) of Helton, KY; and her grandchildren, Dylan Bert Adams, James Mitchell Adams, Dennis Ryan Tyler Combs and Aysha Mattea Muncy. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
