He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Gayhart and Helen Hoskins Gayhart; and his grandparents, Cora Vanover Gayhart, Charlie Gayhart, Fannie Jones Hoskins Pace and Billy Hoskins.
He is survived by: his brother Charles Brent Gayhart; his stepdaughter Misty Driggers; his stepgrandson Shane Driggers; his son Lance Michael Estep; his stepchildren, Melody English of Ormond Beach, FL and Jimmy English; and his siblings, Saundra Gayhart of London, KY, Lisa Fee (Lonnie) of Hyden, KY., Gifford Gayhart of Pierson, FL and Mark Gayhart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
