He is survived by: his mother Geri Sue Stubblefield Sizemore of London, KY; his daughter Scarlet Elizabeth Wyatt of London, KY; his siblings, David Wayne Osborne (Rhonda) of Hyden, KY and Rhonda Renee Morgan (Anthony) of Stinnett, KY; his grandchildren, Kristopher Lantz Osborne and Kaden Jay Davis; and his cousin Curtis Osborne.
