She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Claude Caldwell of Warbranch, KY; her children, Effie Caldwell of Warbranch, KY, Jay Caldwell of Warbranch, KY, Kenny Ray Purvis of Asher, KY, Michael Caldwell, Danny Caldwell of Pineville, KY and Cathy Stevens of Pineville, KY; and her sibling Jerry. She was also cherished by five step grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
