He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Kilburn of Wooton, KY, Geneva Shepherd of Wooton, KY, Freddie Shepherd of Wooton, KY and Jimmy Shepherd of Wooton, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Gregg Kilburn, Adrian Shepherd, Shannon Shepherd, Aidan Shepherd, Mason Bradley, Crystal Evans (Scott), Kelly Bradley, Paige Shepherd and Lyndsey Shepherd. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
