Howard (Kathy) of Barbourville, KY.; his siblings, James Paul Howard (Grace) of Hyden, KY, George Stephen Howard (Margie) of Wabash, IN, Kirby Howard (Sue) of Springfield, OH, Audrey Woods (Charles) of Oneida, KY, Loretta Gibson (Don) of Wabash, IN, Vanda Sawyers (Jerry) of Wooton, KY, Margery Bennett (Jim) of North Manchester, IN and Connie Feltner (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Cameron, Austin, Clay, Carlee and Kyla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
