He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Matthew) and Charles Jr. (Annette); his grandchildren, Andrew (Abigail), Timothy (Kimberli), Marcus, Catherine (Rutger), Matthew (Kaitlynn), Megan and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Ryleigh, Matthew, Marceline, Calvin and Sofia; and his sisters, Joyce (Harry) and Janet. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
