Blanche Lewis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Lewis (Hyden, Kentucky), who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton Lewis; her daughter Karen Scholz; and her siblings, John, Leonard, Rex Hensley, June Melton, Birdie Sullivan, Pearl Lewis and Geraldine Miniard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Howard (Danny), Sandra Lewis of Maryville, TN and Patara Strunk (Jerome). She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grand children.
