He is survived by: his daughters, Della Carol Perkins (James) of Gray, KY and Deronda Barger (Jack) of Thousandsticks, KY.; his siblings, Monroe Couch of Sizerock, KY, Geneva Sizemore of Lily, KY and Lillie Carol Carter (James E.) of Cincinnati, OH.; his grandchildren, Candy Sizemore (David), Keisha Bowling (Jonathan) of Lily, KY, Eddie Hubbard (Amanda) of London, KY, Brandy Hacker (Merle) of London, KY, Jennifer Barger and Tony Sizemore of Hyden, KY; and his great great grandchild Bella Sizemore.
