She was predeceased by: her husband Cornelouis "Carl" Couch; her sons, Eddie Dean Couch and Bobby Wayne Couch; her siblings, Woodson Couch, Nancy Miller and Ora Johnson; and her granddaughter Selina Hoskins.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Couch (Teresa) of Hyden, KY, Jerry Couch (Martha) of Hyden, KY, Brenda Hoskins (Paul) of Stinnett, KY. and Lisa Farmer (Billy) of Stinnett, KY.; her sisters, Hallie Bryant of Bethel, OH and Helen Barrett of Ready, OH; her close friend Junior Collins of Hyden, KY; and her friend Wolfe. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirty one cherished great-grandchildren, four cherished great great grandchildren.
