She is survived by: her husband Ernie Fee of Hyden, KY; her children, Crystal Philbeck (Russell) of Hyden, KY and Kenny Johnson of Hyden, KY; her siblings, Darrell Couch (Mary) of Sizerock, KY, Roy Lee Couch (Diana) of Hyden, KY and Mary Lou Simpson (Freddy) of Mozelle, KY; and her grandchildren, Darren and Christopher.
