She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" and Cinda Pennington Turner; her siblings, Nick, Chester, Henry, Corbin "Dobber" Turner, Goldie Curry, Fannie Estridge, Sarah Pennington and Jewel Dean Adams; and her grandson Jason Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Adams; her children, Dwayne Adams (Carrie), James Adams (Leah), Michael Adams (Regina) and Rhonda Nelson of Hyden, KY; her sisters, Mary Baker of Yeaddiss, KY, Della Asher of Smilax, KY and Stella Adams of Yeaddiss, KY; her grandchildren, Jerry Wayne, Joey, Devin, Casey, Kayla, Tanner, Dalton and Trent; and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Kaden, Kayleigh, Landon and Mason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
