He is survived by: the mothers of children, Phyllis Wilson and Renee Annette Whitehead; and his children, Hunter Wilson, Christopher Helton (Angela), Aaron Wilson (Misty) and Sylvia Day (Jerry).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home (155 Hickory St, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
