He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Eddie Russell and Opal Mills Russell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Sheene Russell; his children, Joseph Wayne Russell (Rachel) of Lancaster, John Henry Wayne Russell (Katosha) of Ellisburg, April McFalls (Travis) of Kings Mountain and Candice Keltner (Jason) of Campbellsville; his siblings, Mike Russell (Teresa) of Gravel Switch, Mark Russell (Tisha) of Ellisburg, Joyce Middleton of Danville, Beverly Dunn (Genie) of Hustonville, Peggy Baierlein (Read) of Simpsonville and Pam McCowan of Moreland; and his grandchildren, Eden Keltner, Caden McFalls, Kenzie McFalls, Lillian Russell, Ivy Keltner, Kylie McFalls, Major Russell and Woods Russell.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
