Virginia Estelle Dixon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2022, at the age of 97, Virginia Estelle Dixon of Hustonville, Kentucky, born in Saint Henry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Seitz (Steinbrunner) and John Seitz; her husband John Edward Dixon; her sons-in-law, Wayne and Joe; her grandson Bruce; and her siblings, Alma (Clarence), Esther (Boozy), Helen (Derby), Curly (Aggie), Pete (Stella), Bob (Buff), Luke (Margie), Art and Jack (Betty).

She is survived by: her children, Joan Wood of Louisville, KY, John Dixon (Dana) of Danville, KY, James Dixon (Susan) of Hustonville, KY, Jeffrey Dixon (Leann) of Hustonville, KY, Jeanne Hellyer (Cliff) of Danville, KY, Jerome Dixon (Janet) of Campbellsville, KY and Jay Dixon (Glenda) of Perryville, KY; her sister-in-law Dolores Huelsman Seitz; and her son Cliff Hellyer. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
