He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pruitt Coulter and Reva Satterly Coulter; his wife Clara Frances Coulter; his son Michael Coulter; his grandson Timmy Coulter; and his siblings, Anna Curtis, Doris Stafford, Wilma Adams, Shirley Coulter, Geraldine Coulter, Steve Coulter, Glen Coulter, Billy Coulter and Harold Coulter.
He is survived by: his sons, Barry Coulter (Debbie) of Parksville and Lanny Coulter (Teresa) of Junction City; his grandchildren, Jason Coulter (Heather), Greg Coulter (Amanda), Amy Zmak (Rodney), Crystal Coulter, Brian Wade (Roxanne) and Tammy Galloway (Darren); and his brothers, Thomas Coulter of Nashville, Donald "Ditler" Coulter of Moreland, Franklin David "Rokey" Coulter of Massachusetts and Gary Coulter of South Carolina. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
