He is survived by: his mother Virginia Marlene Snow Farmer of Danville; his daughter Emily Paige Kennedy Lewis (Kyle) of Pulaski County, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Adalyn Paige Lewis and Wyatt Matthew Lewis of Pulaski County; his siblings, Bobbie Jo Caldwell of McKinney, Scott Kennedy (Tabby) of Danville and Priscilla Miller (George) of Stanford, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, Jeff Farmer, Julie Candler, Dana Murphy and Renee Fields; his parents-in-law, Leesa Vanhook and Terry Epling (Janet); and his close friend Shane King. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
