He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Sheene and Lily Sweeney Sheene Cole; his wife Carrie Elizabeth Wall Sheene; his son Danny Lee Sheene; and his siblings, Dallas, Kenneth, Grady, George, Bob, Woody, Dunlap Sheene and Carrie Hamm.
He is survived by: his children, Freida Ison (Larry) of Mercer County, Judy Russell (Wayne) of Moreland and William E. Sheene (Pam) of Junction City; his brother Donald Sheene; and his grandchildren, Renee Roberts, Vanessa Kesten, Daniel Myers, Andrew Myers, April McFalls, Joseph Russell, Candice Keltner, John Henry Russell, Scott Sheene and David Sheene. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
