She was predeceased by: her father Lewis; her husband Harold Dean Vanhook; and her sisters, Nancy Yocum and Betty Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Debra VanHook of Mt. Salem; her grandchildren, Shawn Owens of Mt. Salem and Mischa George (Todd) of Mt. Sterling; her great grandchildren, Sydni Spillman of Lexington, Paiton, Justin and Kaelyn George of Mt. Sterling; and her siblings, Boyd Hoskins of Casey County, Shirley Caro (Wayne) of Louisville, Bonnie Smith of New Salem, Barbara Sims of Ohio, Brenda Raley of New Salem and Judy Harris of Salvisa.
