He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Moore; and his son Daniel Blake Moore. He is survived by: his children, James Thomas Spradlin of Lexington, KY, Amy Sledge (Lucas) of Danville, KY, Jessica Moore of Stanford, KY and Laura Moore of Jamestown, KY; his sister Paula Turner (Donnie) of Hustonville, KY; his grandchildren, William, Emma, Korbin, Carson, Kyser, Greyson and Hadley; and his close friend Dollie Brown.
