He is survived by: his parents, Donald Coontz and Jennith D. Coontz of Hustonville; his sisters, Rhonda Davis (Derrick Cooley) of Hustonville and Amanda Hasty (Eddie) of Stanford; his grandmother Margaret Coontz of Hustonville; and his nieces and nephews, Dakota Coontz, Harley Davis, Alexus Leanna and Mia Oakley Cooley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
