He is survived by: his mother Doris Swearinger Maddox; his daughter Stefani Walls (Dave Mangum) of Springfield; the mother of his child Paula Richards Maddox; his close friend Shirley Bachelor of Butchertown; his granddaughters, Vanessa, Aubrey and Chloe; his great grandchild Xavier; and his siblings, JoAnn Terrell of Butchertown, Peggy Appleby of Butchertown and Allen Maddox (Kathy) of Harris Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
