She is survived by: her children, Brandon Perry (Kayla) of Lincoln County, Dennis Douglas (Tina) of Lincoln County, Travis Douglas (Lesa) of Lincoln County, Jennifer Gilpin (William) of Eubank and Rhonda Dick (Mike) of Casey County; her siblings, Arlis Brown of Stanford, Jamie Eldridge (Carl) of Olive Hill and Barbara Hopkins of Crab Orchard; and her grandchildren, Cody Stevens (Cassie), Austin Stevens, Shane Dick (Amy Crowe), Rachel Stevens, Halie Hatter (Tristan), Tanner Perry, Gavin Douglas, Riley Douglas and Shelbie Perry. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
