He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mae Brown Meadows; his daughters, Anna Mae Hoskins (Maynard) of Geneva and Cheryl Yvonne Shelton of Waynesburg; his sister Mary Katherine Thacker of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Stacey Clark (Kris) of Geneva, Rachel Sinkhorn (Chad) of Danville, Caitlin Reese (Aaron) of Waddy, Jessica Taylor (Shawn) of Waynesburg and Rebecca Sumner (Mikey) of Eubank; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Sinkhorn (Preston Barnes), Lexy Clark, Dayson Sinkhorn, Chasity Clark, Kyndall Clark, Lily Mae Sumner, Colby Chase Reese, Lucy Jo Taylor, Callie Reese and Isla Rue Barnes.
