He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frederick and Janet Tanner Frederick; his daughter Scarlette Evelyn Danielle Frederick; and his sister Stephanie Matthews. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Frederick (Tina) of Shelbyville and Dana Sanders (Danny) of Lexington; and the mother of his child Scarlette Michele Bowman of Moreland.
