She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Jasper and Deltie Mae Bastin Tackette; her husband Michael Hayden Phillippe; and her siblings, Shannon Dale Tackette and Sheila Dian Tackette.
She is survived by: her sister Veronica Lynn Tackette of Hustonville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fox & Friend Funeral Home (312 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
