She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fair and Elsie Cochran Fair; her husband Carl Derringer; her sister Linda Walls; and her brother-in-law Johnny Walls.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Vanhook (Keith), Camilla McCarty and Scottie Derringer (Sheila); her brother James Fair; and her grandchildren, Brad Hart (Brooke), Jessica Burdine (Will), Tracy Smith, Justin Vanhook (Tiffany), Jeff Vanhook, Samantha Vanhook, Shana McCarty, Steve McCarty, Trevor Lawson, Timothy Lawson, Jackie Clay, Travis Sutton, Quartnee Pate and Riley Pate. She is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
