She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Lynn Henson of Prestonsburg, Christy Marie Griffith (Eddie) of Moreland, Joseph Robert Hafley (Jeannie) of Burgin and Michael Wayne Hafley (Jessica) of Moreland; her stepchildren, Carolyn Carlton, Frances Walker and Joe Sears; and her grandchildren, Kristin Hafley (Cody Estes) of Crab Orchard, Nicole Griffith (Bill Rankin) of Harrodsburg, Cody Hafley of Lexington, Tyler Griffith of Moreland, Heather Hafley of Manchester and Dylan Hafley of Moreland. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
