He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Long and Norma Baker Stein; and his siblings, Brenda Taylor, David Long and Clark Long.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Coffman Long; his daughters, Nona Estridge (Jimmy) of Owensboro and Norma Atwood of Eubank; his brother Irvin "Tob" Long (Ann) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Levi Atwood (Katie) of Kings Mt and Laura Dowell (Matt) of Owensboro; his great grandchildren, Eliana Dowell and Elijah Dowell; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Baker (Jeff) of Lincoln County and Patricia Cummins (Rick) of McKinney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
