We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2021, at the age of 56, Johnny Case (Hustonville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Merle Allen Case; and his stepfather Marshall Newton. He is survived by: his parent Pinkie McGirr Newton; his siblings, Greg Newton (Tammy) of Louisville, Marty Newton (Susan) of Taylorsville and Sandra Carter (Rick) of Louisville; his close friend Tina Gaines; and also, Stephanie, Jessi and Anna. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, and nephews.
