She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Nantz (Mark) of Stanford, KY, Carla Reed of Hustonville, KY and Shelia Miller of Harrodsburg, KY; her sister Pauline Hazlett of Stanford, KY; her grandchildren, Brian Miller (Kelly) of Lexington, KY, Travis Miller of Las Vegas, NV, Kasey Stafford of Hustonville, KY, Seth Stafford of Hustonville, KY, Zeke Nantz (Jade) of Hustonville, KY and Ariel Brewer (Jason) of Harrodsburg, KY; her great grandchildren, Presley, Brady Miller, Arabella, Abel Brewer and Eli Nantz; and her friend John Miller (Joann) of Hustonville, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
