He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Elmore and Eva Hamilton Elmore; his daughter Nannette Elmore; and his brothers, Vernon, Dallas and Dorsey Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lane Elmore; his children, Donald Wayne Elmore (Anita) of Springfield, Phillip Elmore (Luann) of Middleburg and Gwen Suarez (Mike) of Florida; his sisters, Elizabeth McCammon of Geneva, Faye Hale of Georgia and Barbara Briscoe (Larry) of Lawrenceburg; and his grandchildren, Eric Elmore, Brittany Elmore, Chris Carmicle, Chelsea Elmore, Brodie Elmore, Selena Suarez, Shaylene Suarez and Raynene Suarez. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
