She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Payne; her children, Mark Boyd of Lexington, Gerald Payne (Melissa) of Virginia, Angela Franklin (Greg) of Middleburg and Tammy May of Moreland; and her siblings, Carol Wilson (Eugene) of Junction City, Alice Elkins (Curtis) of Kings Mountain, Frebert Honaker of Mitchellsburg and Ned Honaker of Mitchellsburg. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
