She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Perkins and Maxine Delk Perkins; and her brother Jimmy Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Roberts of Hustonville, KY; her siblings, Larry Perkins (Sandy) of Hustonville, KY, Vicky Miracle of Stanford, KY and Kimberly Caudill (Roger) of Hustonville, KY; her sister-in-law Donna Perkins of Waynesburg, KY; and her niece Sara Reeves (Cameron). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
