He is survived by: his wife Juanita Cole Couch; his children, Matthew Couch (Ashley) of Lancaster, Christopher Couch (Heather) of Hustonville, Jacob Couch (Selena) of Hustonville, Sirena Cross (Benny) of Liberty, Rebecca Couch of Hustonville and Mary Couch (Ian Costello) of Hustonville; and his siblings, Emmett Couch (Lesia Mondie) of Nicholasville, John Couch (Penny) of Hustonville, Seber (Lee Clanin), Joseph Couch of Lexington and Sally Pittman (Thomas) of Casey County. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
