He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Hafley and Jean Dowell Walker Hafley; and his pet Lexus. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Goode Hafley; his children, Angie Ferrell and Troy Hafley; his son-in-law Doug Todd; his sisters, Vicky Hasty (Ed) and Peggy Maddox; his pet Bella; and his close friends, Carroll Leigh and Billy Goode. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
