He is survived by: his parents, Donnie Taylor (Beth) of Owensboro, KY and Christy Moberly; his grandparents, Donald and Martha Taylor; his children, Rylan Blaine Taylor of Hustonville, KY and Kenslie Taylor of Hustonville, KY; and his brothers, Zack Taylor of Hustonville and Mickey Taylor of Hustonville, KY.
