He is survived by: his parents, Misty Michelle Cain Vanhook (Steven Goforth) of Science Hill, KY and Christopher Keith Vanhook; his girlfriend Marisa Atwood of Hustonville; his children, Jayden Anderson of Hustonville, Conner Anderson of Hustonville and Sophia Miller of Hustonville; his sister Jamie Monday (Kyle) of Liberty; his nieces, Jesse Monday and Amy Monday; his nephew Vincent Harmon; his grandparents, Freddie (late Joy Cain) of Yosemite and Darrell Vanhook; and his pet Daisy.
