He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Price and Cynthia Massey Price. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Wilson Price; his children, Danny Price of Hustonville, Rita Mattingly of Harrodsburg, Robin Price of Danville and Stacy Price of Danville; his siblings, Oscar Price, Jr. (Sharon), Tony Price (Michelle) of Shelbyville, Michael Price (Vickie) of Middletown, Lois Walls (Roy) of Bardstown and Edna Aldridge (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Shannon, Brittany, Haley, Nick, Peak, Paxton, Eric and Ashley. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
