He is survived by: his wife Rita Shannon of Hustonville, KY; his daughter Angie Shackleford (Billy) of Moreland, KY; his stepchildren, Kenny Coffman of South Fork, KY, Brian Keith Coffman (Rita) of New Salem, KY and Teresa Reed (Jeff) of Highland, KY; his siblings, Charles Shannon of Danville, KY and Gladys Allsman (Ed) of Danville, KY; his sister-in-law Debra Owens; his grandson Jeremy Lee Smith; and his stepgrandchildren, Casey Reed (Kylie), Morgan Spurlin (Ethan), Brandon Coffman and Matt Coffman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
