He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cochran and Anna Fox Shay; and his siblings, Charles and Elvadene. He is survived by: his children, Charles Cochran (Marcia) of Greenwood, IN, Shannon Brooks (Steve) of Greenwood, IN and Andrew Jackson Cochran Jr (Danielle) of Middleburg, Seven; and his sisters, Maxine, Shirley, Judy, Mary and Wonetta. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren.
