He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Hale and Viola Mae Cochran Hale; and his brother Gerald Hale. He is survived by: his children, Annetta Daniel (Jamie) of Hustonville and Michael Hale (Michelle) of Hustonville; his granddaughters, Amber Martin (Sam) and Emily Hale (Cole Pierce); his great grandchildren, Brantley and Avery Kate; and his caregivers, Lisa Wethington, Bethany Baldock, Ashley Cole, Jessica Luttrell and Melissa Copley.
The Family suggests memorials be made to the Poplar Grove Baptist Church or Gideon's International.
