We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2018, at the age of 86, Dale Mullins (Huntsville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Lee Gordon Terrill; and her nephew Gordon T. Terrill. She is survived by: her husband Major James Virgil (Retired); her nieces, Belinda Terrill (Johnny Lunsford) and Lisa Cooley; her nephew Randy Mullins; her parents, Gordon Terrill of Kingston, KY. and Bonnie Reece Terrill of Kingston, KY.; her niece Cheryl Mullins; and also Bradley Terrill. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the American Diabetes Association.
