She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mills and Kathy Ralston Mills. She is survived by: her husband Ray McCoy of Hulen; her children, Angela Stigal (Jason), Kevin McCoy (Crystal) and Tiffany Raby (Jack); her grandchildren, Kaleigh McCoy, Addison Johnson, Sidney Raby, Ethan Raby, Jacob Stigal, Connor Stigal, Hannah McCoy and Madison McCoy; and her siblings, Paul Mills (Patty), Melissa Seel, Robin Tuttle and Jimmy Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
