He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taft and Sally Cox Perry; his siblings, Billy F. Bowlin, William F Bowling, Michael W. Perry, Ralph Matthew Perry, James Henry Perry, King David Perry, Cleatha F. Perry and Opal Perry Vanover; and his brothers-in-law, Winston Wilder, Lee Vanover, Randy Baker and Roger Miracle.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel (Melissa Perry), Bobbie Jo (Keith Perry), Shelia (Ken Rowsom), Jeffery Stevens, Frankie Stevens (Jason) and Diana Perry; his siblings, Troy Mitchell Perry (Joann), Shirley Ann Perry Wilder, Beulah Sue Perry Miracle and Elsie Marie Perry Hooker (Gary); and his close friends, Linda Kay Perry, Rose Mary Perry and Abe Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
