She is survived by: her husband Estel Middleton; her daughters, Penny Denise Middleton and Tamara Dee Freeman (Sean); her grandchildren, Cody Freeman (Brandi), Nicholas Freeman (Courtney), Anna Marie Dean and Estel Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Kolt Freeman, Carson Freeman, Carter Freeman, Adalynn Freeman, Madaline Freeman, Asa Caldwell and Arlin Caldwell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
