She is survived by: her husband Johnny; her children, Johnny Ray Slusher and Michelle Goodin (Tony) of Port Orange, FL; her granddaughter Allie Goodin Rimel (Lance) of Bristol, FL; and her siblings, Glen Smith (Carlene) of Illinois, Dennis Smith (Susan) of North Carolina, Debbie Robins (Eddie) of Virginia and Terry Smith (Trish) of Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
