She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Halcomb and Dicy Ison Halcomb; and her siblings, Virgil Halcomb, Ed Halcomb, Eula Mae Cornett, Sarah Lou Ison and Eunice Crase.
She is survived by: her husband Kelly Cornett; her children, Colin Kelly Cornett (Gladys) of Hueysville, Olen Lee Cornett (Linda) of Hueysville, Marilyn Halbert (Thomas) of Prestonsburg, Mercedes Smith (Michael) of Lancaster and Movina Carol Blackburn of Hueysville; and her siblings, Bill Halcomb of Hamilton, Joe Halcomb of Hamilton, Ford Halcomb of Lexington, Mary Creech of Frankfort and Monette Carolyn Lawson of Lexington. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
