She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Bolen and Elsie Hicks Bolen; her husband Jack Shepherd; her daughter Marilyn Khun; and her siblings, Brady Bolen, Benny Bolen, Jackie Bolen, Lois Barnett, Tribby Bailey, Devottis Crager and Shirley Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Sherman Shepherd of Hueysville, Robbie Clay of Paintsville, Kentucky, Carolyn Burlew of Garrett and Beverly Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Lillian Grace, Donnie, Jack, Rita, Julie Ann, Arnold Ray, Tina and Ivy. She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
